Follow these steps to successfully create and send your campaigns:

Choose Your Starting Point: You have two options
on the dashboard: "New Campaign" or
"New Mailer". Start by creating either a campaign or
designing a mailer.

Select & Save Your Audience: Once your campaign
and mailer are ready, choose your recipients using either
"Upload CSV" or "Batch Search" to select your
audience. Then save your audience to move forward.

Choose or Edit a Template: You can select an
existing template or edit it according to your needs. Any template
you edit will automatically be available for your campaign. You
can edit canva templates and send them.

Create or Send Your Letter: You have two options:
"Create and Send" to immediately send the letter, or
"Create and Save" to save the campaign or one-off mailer
for later use. You can schedule them in dashboard.

Order Tracking and Insights Dashboard: Access all
campaign details in one place. The dashboard lets users schedule
pending letters, manage multiple mailers per campaign, and track
recipient engagement, such as whether a letter has been scanned.
